Since 2002, The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) has been providing efficient, effective, economical purchasing solutions for government entities. TIPS began as a small, regional cooperative of the Region 8 Education Service Center (ESC) in Texas, but it soon grew into a national operation due to its success and its proven ability to eliminate purchasing related stress for its members.
