Since 2002, The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) has been providing efficient, effective, economical purchasing solutions for government entities. TIPS began as a small, regional cooperative of the Region 8 Education Service Center (ESC) in Texas, but it soon grew into a national operation due to its success and its proven ability to eliminate purchasing related stress for its members. Each TIPS vendor must meet strict guidelines established by the TIPS legal team, ensuring that the organization’s long-standing reputation for providing quality service for its members will continue.
